Who We Are
Stefano Beghi
Stefano has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate, and commercial law.
He has advised numerous leading Chinese, European, and International companies, as well as family-owned businesses, on M&A and corporate and commercial law matters.
Stefano is known for his deep cross-border experience, providing pragmatic advice on commercial strategy in International markets.
Before founding S.B.E. Consulting Limited, Stefano was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Gianni & Origoni for almost twenty years. He also worked at leading International advisory firms, including Andersen Legal (later Deloitte) and Ernst & Young (E&Y).
Stefano has a Law degree from the University of Padova and is currently based in Dubai.

Adam Zhang is the Founding Partner and CEO of Collabrium Partners.
Adam has considerable experience advising on China-related cross-border M&A transactions across a range of industries, including healthcare, technologies, consumers, food & beverages, chemicals, industrials, automotive, etc.
Previously, Adam spent years at a leading global investment banking firm as a senior management member and successfully expanded the business in terms of business exposure and geographic coverage.
Before his investment banking career, he worked for a Fortune 500 company in China actively involved in business development, key account management and sales & marketing excellence functions to carry out business strategic plans and accelerate business expansion in China.

Edwin Lee was educated at the University of Toronto and is a member in a good standing of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Edwin financial accounting is sought by many international companies and he currently holds positions as Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer for various private and publicly listed companies in North America and Asia and the UAE covering industries in hospitality, mining, biotech & pharmaceutical, infrastructure, information technology and real estate.
Over the last 15 years, Edwin was a partner in an international boutique merchant bank and has also been an officer of an alternative investment fund. Edwin is currently based in the UAE.

With multi-sector expertise spanning real estate, healthcare, hospitality, education, and technology, she brings a comprehensive and results-oriented approach to advancing commercial objectives in complex and evolving markets.
She has held senior management positions where she has led the formulation and execution of business strategies that have driven market expansion, increased geographic presence, and enhanced organizational value.
She is widely recognized for her ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with corporate entities and prominent family offices, fostering long-term partnerships that are grounded in trust, transparency, and strategic alignment.
Through her deep understanding of regional market dynamics and her proven ability to deliver scalable outcomes, Susanna continues to play a role in shaping and executing business strategies that bridge markets and industries. Her work reflects a commitment to excellence, integrity, and sustainable growth in the global business landscape.
Susanna is currently based in Qatar.

Giorgio Bruno
Giorgio graduated in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University in Milan in 1985.
He joined the IFIL Group (Agnelli family) in 1986, where he started working in the M&A sector; then he moved to the FIAT Group as part of the planning and control team for the Subholding Prime S.p.A. which operates in funds and asset management.
In 1991, he joined Camfin S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and controlled by GPI (Tronchetti family), as Head of Finance & Control.
He subsequently became Director of Finance & Control, then General Manager in 1998 and Chief Executive Officer in 2008. The Camfin Group consisted of holdings in the metal products sector, the petroleum products sector and the electricity and heat and district heating services sector.
In 2002 (as part of equity investments within the Camfin Group), he was appointed as CEO of Cam Petroli, a JV with the ENI Group; he then held this role until the equity investment was sold in 2007.
In 2008 he became General Manager and CEO of Pirelli Ambiente, the company into which Camfin transferred Cam Tecnologie’s activities, and also became a 49% shareholder; Pirelli Ambiente is Pirelli’s subholding company operating in the renewable energy sector and related activities (CDR, site remediation, solar energy).
Within Pirelli, he became responsible for corporate development and diversified businesses. He served as Corporate Vice President and assistant to the Chairman.
He became Chairman of Prelios S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, in 2013 and remained Chairman until 2017, completing the sale of the company to the American fund DK and its subsequent delisting.
In 2017 he became Chairman of PTG and has been CEO there from January 2018 until May 2021 .
